How to set up Activities through your iPhone
After syncing the Apple Watch, you will have a chance to set up Activities through your iPhone.
- Launch the Activities app from your iPhone's Home screen.
- Tap Set up Activity.

Enter your personal information.
- Tap Continue.
- Set your Daily Move Goal. You can use the plus and minus signs to adjust.

Tap Set Move Goal.
How to view your progress history
- Launch the Activities app from your iPhone's Home screen.
- Tap History in the lower left corner.

Tap the specific day you would like to view your progress and history.

- Launch the Activities app from your Apple Watch's Home screen. It looks like a rainbow circle.
- Firmly press and hold the display screen. A prompt will appear.

Tap Change Move Goal.
- Tap the + and - signs to change your move goal.

Tap Update.
How to adjust Activity notifications
- Launch the Watch app from your iPhone's Home screen.

Tap My Watch in the lower left corner.
- Scroll down and tap Activity.

Toggle the Notification switches on or off, based on your preferences.
If a notification is green, that means it is still on and connected to your Apple Watch.
How to view achievements
- Launch the Activity app from your iPhone's Home screen.
- Tap Achievements at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a star.

Tap on any Achievement symbol to see what it is.
How to view your Move, Exercise, and Standing progress
- Launch the Activity app from your home screen

Tap History in the lower left corner of the screen.
- Tap on the day you would like to see your progress.

Swipe up.
You can see how many calories you've burned, how much exercise you've completed, and how many times you've stood in the past few hours.
